Justice Michelle Lydon

Michelle is a Quincy based Massachusetts Justice of the Peace that has been performing weddings for over 20 years. Michelle serves all people, of all faiths, traditions and orientations. She believes that all couples should feel heard and attended to so she makes strong efforts in creating a ceremony as special and unique as the couple themselves.

Michelle is known for her big heart and cares very much about creating the exact magical ceremony that you as a couple are dreaming of. Michelle’s ceremonies reflect who you are individually as well as your unique relationship together and the loved ones you surround yourself with. Michelle has performed over 1,000 weddings and looks forward to performing many more.

Justice Roberta Black

Justice Black, daughter of Justice Michelle Lydon, has decided to follow in her mothers footsteps. Appointed on June 27th 2012. Roberta has already been the officiant for hundreds of weddings.

Justice Black is young, vivacious and extremely excited about her duties as a JP. She is currently being offered as a replacement Justice to potential couples if Justice Lydon has prior wedding bookings.

Justice Rose Pope

Justice Pope is the newest addition to the Lydon Chapel team of Justices of the Peace. Rose was sworn in on July 7th, 2015 at the Lydon Chapel. Rose says that she is most looking forward to “being part of couple’s most special day of their lives.” Justice Pope is also being offered as a substitute Justice for both Justice Lydon and Justice Black.

Member of Clergy: Tina Mayo

Tina Mayo is the newest addition to the Lydon Chapel team. Tina received her license April 7th 2021. A Graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she majored in Program and Event Management. She is excited to be starting her journey as a Member of the Clergy and looking forward to being a part of a couple’s day. Tina is being offered as a substitute for Justice Lydon, Justice Black, and Justice Pope.
